    • PLEASE READ: Important Information

      • Not every electronic image file may be suitable for making a cyanotype print at the size you request. We will inform you immediately after receiving your image if there are any issues.
      • Our system can accept most image file types (anything accepted by Photoshop) and any smart phone photo files. 
      • Image Cropping: The best "Aspect Ratio" for making prints in sizes of 8x10, 12x16 and 16x20 is 4:5. If you have the ability to Crop your photo(s) to that ratio and can do it yourself, great! It's best for YOU to decide what to crop out of your photos. BUT if you can't or don't want to, we'll do it for you and confirm our suggested Crop with you before making the print.
      • Upon payment, we'll ship your print and email you a Tracking #.
      • If for any reason we determine that your submitted image simply won't make a good Cyanotype print, we'll REFUND your order immediately.
      • Most image formats accepted (those compatible with Photoshop)
      • Confirmed orders will typically be created and shipped within 2 days (including weekends). Custom sizes may take up to 5 days. Add 1 day to each if you've chosen to have your print Toned In Tea.

    • Return/Refund Policy

       Buyers can return prints for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping cost.
