I took this photo in a shop window in the Marina District of San Francisco in 2005. I had just moved to San Francisco to begin work on my MFA in Photography, and loved exploring The City with my old film cameras. To this day, I can feel the excitement and mystery and magic of San Francisco when I see this image.
